Research
Evaluate projects, risks, product logic and market relevance before committing distribution.

How CoinLAB combined research, content, community operations and partnerships to build a fast-growing Vietnam crypto ecosystem.
The snapshot
The challenge
CoinLAB entered a crowded 2021 crypto market where project information moved quickly, trust was fragmented and communities were often measured only by member count.
The operating challenge was not simply to attract followers. It was to create a system capable of researching opportunities, explaining them clearly, activating community participation and coordinating commercial relationships.
The operating system
Ronald established the initial five-person core team, then helped coordinate approximately 45 contributors across specialist functions.
Evaluate projects, risks, product logic and market relevance before committing distribution.
Turn research into accessible analysis, social content, visual assets and video formats.
Create participation through discussions, AMAs, minigames, education and project-specific activities.
Coordinate project relationships, private-sale opportunities and connections with funds and ecosystem partners.
Move the audience from awareness into participation, investment access or product-specific community activity.
Measured outcomes
Channel figures represent approximate peak audiences and are not unique-user totals.
Private-sale allocations coordinated across three months. Approximately 60% came from community participation. This figure demonstrates community mobilization—not guaranteed fundraising or product-growth performance.
Selected project work
CoinLAB connected analysis, media, AMAs, community participation and partnership activity rather than treating each as a separate campaign.
Research-led content, media production, community education, private-sale participation, NFT-related support and competitive community activation.
Project research, social distribution, visual media, AMA programming, community access and support for projects launching through the ecosystem.
Research content, media execution, AMAs, community activation and participation around projects entering the launch platform.
Evidence boundary
The available evidence supports CoinLAB's audience growth, team structure and private-sale allocation figures.
Project-side metrics such as attributed users, retention, revenue and complete campaign conversion were controlled by the individual projects and are not presented here as verified outcomes.
Historical ranking screenshots from GameFi activities are no longer retained, so community ranking performance is intentionally excluded from the measured results.
